Agency To Launch Again?

After weeks of contemplating, I've decided to create a business plan and see whether launching HW Solutions again will prove to be profitable and be worth my time this time. I already did a trial run last year and I was not at all happy with the results so I closed the agency and went back to working on my own. Now that the house is almost finished, it might just be possible for me to get back into business again. I'm thinking of squeezing in a small office there and get three new computers to add to my two old ones. That means if all goes well, I'll have four contractors under my wing, all of them on an exclusive contract. They'll have their own computer to work on and their own oDesk accounts. I'll apply for a business license, too, of course, pay my taxes and all that jazz. Wow, there is a LOT of things that need to be done.

Anyway, that's about it. I don't want to give away any more details about my plan. I have it going all in my head. What I need to do now is write them all down so I won't forget.
