I have always wanted to know what it's like to be a call center agent. I believe I would benefit greatly from their training but if it means working in the early hours of the morning for 8 to 12 hours straight and getting paid only 15k-20k, I think I will let the opportunity pass. I know for a fact that call center agents who work direct are paid way higher than the call center agents who work for call center companies so why go in that direction? Proof of what I am saying is this one opportunity that showed up when I least expected it.I don't have call center experiences and I have never worked for a call center and actually talked to anyone on the phone to do any sales talk or to get an order or anything like that so I don't really know if I am any good on the phone. I just know that I am good with emails and chat and all else that involves writing so when my buyer offered me a full time job, I took it.
They barely know me. I only started working for them less than a month ago. April 22nd to be exact but I have already received quite a few compliments. They told me they like my work ethics. They like that I am proactive and have very good English and now they want me to handle email support and live chat for 5 dollars an hour and 40+ hours a week if I can give them that much. Wow!
